This will mean the institutionalization of employment-centered education and Human Dignity Education programs conducted via partnerships with community, government, and industry cooperations.

An Idea for the Realization of our Education Goals.

1. Employment-centered education is intended to evaluate the employment rate of graduates with industry-tailored training
    and systematic employment programs by;
    a. Creating talents through University-Industry partnership and "education on demand".
    b. Activating University-Industry research institutes.
    c. Enhancing practical on-site training.
    d. Promoting "one license for one student".
    e. Faculty-led employment preparation

2.  Education of Human Dignity is aimed to help students learn the spirit of serving the qualities of virtue,
     competence and etiquette by;
    a. Bringing out human dignity through well-designed curriculum
    b. Offering on-site programs intended to promote a sense of community.
    c. Encouraging extracurricular activities for volunteer service.
    e. Operating etiquette learning programs.
