1. Course Application
You must apply personally for the courses online (Intranet of
Kwangju Women’s University) during the course application period.
Your student number and the last 7 digits of your foreigner registration
number will be set as your ID and password by default.
Please read the course schedule for the semester thoroughly and
make any inquiry you may have with the professor.
2. Course Application Method
1) Tips on Course Application
A) Students must register for the courses they wish to take via
the University intranet within the designated period prior to
the start of each term. (It is recommended that you consult with
an adviser before registration).
B) In principle, the maximum credits allowed are 18 credits for
Term 1 and Term 3, and 6 credits each for Term 2 and Term 4, which
are optional terms.
C) If the total credits of the courses you registered for exceed
the maximum, courses will be deleted in the order of liberal arts/elective
courses followed by major courses. Credits will not be given for
an overlap of courses.
D) Students will not be able to register for more than one course
in the same time slot. If one of the overlapping courses is not
deleted by the course application revision period, courses will
be deleted in the order of liberal arts/elective courses followed
by major courses.
D) Courses must be taken in the order outlined in the curriculum
(i.e., prerequisite courses must be taken).
3. Re-registration of Courses
A) Students may re-register for a course, which they completed
in the previous year, regardless of the grade they received.
B) The previous grade the student received will be cancelled one
he/she re-registers for the course.
